Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about rates, orders, payments and stored data.
How does the exchange process work?
Choose an amount and currencies, review the indicative rate, create an order, then follow the SEPA payment instructions.
Where do the exchange rates come from?
Crypto prices are retrieved via the public CoinGecko price API and converted into an indicative rate. If the request fails, the site automatically switches to stored fallback rates.
What happens when I click "Exchange"?
The site generates a unique order number and uses the order data on the confirmation and payment pages.
Where can I find the SEPA payment details?
The recipient, IBAN, BIC, payment reference and amount are shown on the payment instructions page after the order is confirmed.
Is my data stored or transmitted?
The current order's data is stored in your browser session so it can be displayed on the confirmation and payment pages.
Which currencies are supported?
The calculator supports EUR, USD and GBP, along with rate displays for USDT, BTC, ETH, XRP, LTC, SOL and USDC.
